I'm no expert but I'm somewhat doubting the double element design. First of all if the ceiling of the upper tunnel is parallel to the lower plane you are not gaining any cross sectional area as you move toward the rear and therefor won't function to slow the air passing through it (which is how diffusers both create downforce and reduce drag). secondly shouldn't the strakes hang lower? specifically the outermost which should function like endplates on a wing. third, where is the exhuast exit on that vehicle?
are you going to try putting the wing down low to help activate the diffuser? also are you planning on racing lowfatz or just building it as a race car for hot lapping/HPDE? I only ask because it doesn't seem like your building to any specific set of rules.
